How and where. Okay, hold on. This article is not about a sales page but a sharing and learning experience. Since the SEC, a Federal Agency within the U.S. government, started allowing everyday taxpayers to invest in startups, people have raised hundreds of millions of dollars.

The good thing about real estate is that many loans are short-term, so it doesn’t take as long to earn a profit as an equity share investment. However, equity share investing can make you wealthy on IPO day. On the other hand, real estate crowdfunding can provide a consistent profit based on investment amounts.

AND the incredible thing about real estate investing is that the property secures the funding. In other words, if, for some strange reason, the person asking for the loan does not pay the loan, they lose control over their property.
