Travel: Safety; Different Beliefs Around the World
Let’s talk about ancient religions, YOU and your safety when traveling:
As you travel around the world slowly you will find different religious beliefs then you find in the western world. Normally this would not be a concern. For decades world travelers have stayed in hotels and the hotel resorts protected travelers from the ideas and beliefs of the local people.
Things are different. Now we have sites like Airbnb and global travelers are living among the local people. Here are a few things you may want to remember when living and visiting countries around the world.
1. Many people in different countries believe or say Russia did not tell the truth about what they found in the bunker in 1945. I will leave this subject up to you to research. Just know many people in many countries have a different opinion than what we have been told in America.
2. Some groups of people have interesting beliefs on how a virgin became pregnant. Do not be surprised by the different belief systems around the world.
3. There is a difference between Catholics and Christians. Do not expect to join the inner circle of Catholics just because you are a Christian, especially in Latin countries.
