The dark side of becoming an author, how to keep yourself energized

A common reason for authors experiencing darkness in their life behind closed doors is before AI became a thing, and before hiring ghost writers became common, authors struggled with creativeness and readers following their every word in an effort to shadow the author’s energy.

For decades this happened to authors who were published by big publishing houses, and to independent authors since Amazon begin publishing eBooks in 2009.

Studies have shown that there is a strong correlation between creative individuals, such as writers and artists, and substance abuse. In fact, research has found that writers are more likely to suffer from addiction compared to the general population.

Planning for a balanced life is something authors must do with consistancy.

Mental health for creative people is a major concern. First of all, people are drawn to creative people, because people who create often have a high frequency or vibrant energy attached to their work and their life.

People who feel dead inside are always attracted to high energy people.
