I am a communications engineer according to my training at DeVry before it became a university. That career served me well but working in corporate America proved to be too restraining for me.
I became a tax professional and used my vocational education training to teach basic tax courses for major tax franchises in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 1999 I opened my own one-person startup, Taxes Will Travel.com
Bingo, I made it to the right profession, with only 12 years to retirement.
This is why and how I learned money tricks, from my tax clients. They’d tell me what they earned and how, and I’d tell them how to lower their taxes. I don’t believe that they ever realized that I was learning far more from them, then they ever could learn from me.
I lowered taxes, left and right, legally.
Clients referred clients, and I had more than enough work six months out of the year. I now have an online course to train tax professionals on how to earn big part-time.
However, this online investing was not discovered and when it became available in recent years, I took what I learned from my savvy clients and applied it to online investing.
