Seniors earning big money on TikTok in trouble with the rest of the creators

I know it was a surprise to me, too. Update on TikTok status.

It was a surprise and a delight to see some of the reports of seniors earning big bucks on TikTok.

Yes, we understand that anything China controls is a security threat to the United States if there is a higher level of disagreement between the two countries.

And yes, we also understand that this would not be good for America if China had years of documented information on the strengths and weaknesses of Americans, which they are probably already using to expand their espionage programs.

But here’s the deal: These Baby Boomers understood the power of TikTok when the rest of us were trying to figure out our retirement budgets.

You can’t be mad at them for that.

And since Google has quietly (supposedly) been told to take up the slack for TikTok, we now understand why so many seniors are creating channels on YouTube. (Google owns YouTube, but of course you knew that)

I used my research to create a video that includes the details of the TikTok shutdown and the reprieve it received from the current Administration.

I also talked about who is in talks about buying the mega-giant social media platform in America.
