Moving to a new country will NOT eliminate your problems; however, here’s what it will do.

People will always tell you that the personal issues you have today will stay with you after you move to another country. (I now realize that if I had personal relationship issues before leaving the United States, I would continue to have the same problems until I understood why and how)

For the most part, I have found this statement to be true.

But here is what “they” didn’t say:

“The further you travel from your problems, the more you can see why, what, and how.”

No, my problems did not magically disappear just because I’m traveling the world slowly. However, my so-called problems have shown themselves completely, and now I understand.

Why is that?

I now realize that when I continue to have problems surrounding relationships, it is because of something I do not know or understand.

At the time, it was not clear that a close friend or relative was trying to control my efforts for personal gain.

You may not know that your boss wants you to leave the job so they can hire a close friend or lover.

You may not understand that your side hustles didn’t work out because you cannot commit to a…
