The Power of You — Using the Subconscious to Lose Weight

I must say, my research told me exactly what I wanted to hear and I took notes.
My notes lead to a long blog post, which I immediately decided to turn into an eBook. Of course I had to do a lot more research, but since my subject was personal, no problem.
Science tells me that I can utilize my subconscious mind to help me maintain and lower my weight.
After retirement and while working online I have had to concern myself with a slight budge in the tummy area. As a single woman traveling the world, I have a lot more things to concern myself with other than weight gain.
I made it a top priority to resolve this tummy thing as quickly as possible. My life, in my mind, does not include excessive weight. Shapely is my keyword and I’m sticking by it.
Ya, ya, I know when women get older we don’t have a way to eliminate toxins from the body like younger women. Therefore the norm is that our body chemistry changes, especially if we do not prioritize maintaining our weight and staying flexible.
I have no problem with walking, but the freedom of walking is not as easy in some countries as it is in others.
