How healing crystals work, I know I didn’t believe either, but here’s the 411
Crystal energy is the belief that minerals and crystals can absorb, store, release, and regulate energy. This is based on the theory that all matter is made up of energy. Crystals are said to be able to absorb, store, release, and regulate energy because they are composed of atoms that are arranged in a repeating pattern.
Crystal energy is not scientifically proven. However, some people say that they have experienced health benefits from using crystal therapy. There is no scientific evidence to support these claims.
So then I asked myself, why do millions of people around the world believe in crystal healing?
Where did these beliefs come from?
Can these beliefs be trusted?
After reading and reading, I came to the following conclusion.
Crystals are just like crypto currency.
If you believe it is worth a certain amount, then it is.
If you believe the earth has produced gemstones and crystals that vibrate at different frequencies, then so be it. More than likely this is true. Mother Nature has shown her capabilities of providing natural healing remedies.
