Located in Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico, this project is conceived as a set of buildings around a large social space at the heart of the architectural project.

The studio shown in the image is priced at 102,197 US dollars. This price can increase or decrease based on the currency exchange rate between the US dollar and the Mexican pesos. The Tulum area is less expensive than the Puerto Vallarta area, and Cancun is less than 85 miles away. You can catch private transportation, the local bus or a helicopter, to Cancun and the Cancun airport.

The local people earn, on average, $465 a month.

An ex-pat would only need three to four times that amount, to live comfortably in Tulum.

The small town has a population of 47,000. The most spectacular factor is, Tulum has endless miles of beautiful beaches.
