Okay, I must be honest, for thirty years, I worked in the preschool industry in the San Francisco Bay Area, before switching over to finance and taxes.

I missed the preschool part of my life.

The kids who attended my preschool are now adults with children of their own. I will never tell my age, but I have preschool student grandchildren!

During my retirement and travels, my goal was to learn how to write short fiction and become a best-selling author on Amazon. lol. Well, I took the online courses to learn how to write, and I even have a fictional book or two on Amazon.

But here’s the deal.

I created over 40 educational preschool books and uploaded them to Amazon. Over a four-year period, I allowed parents to determine which books were worthy. Books that received a poor review were removed. Books that sold, but never received any reviews remained. Books that parent’s like, are promoted.

Then there was that morning when I woke up in a small town seven miles outside of Puerto Vallarta, and I knew, as I looked into the sea, eBooks on small computers for young children was just as harmful as preschool is for timid kids, who are not ready for the world of preschool…
